Overview
Real-time quantitative fluorescence PCR refers to the method of adding fluorescent groups to the PCR amplification reaction system, monitoring the whole PCR amplification process in real time by the accumulation of fluorescent signals, and finally conducting quantitative analysis on the unknown template through the standard curve.
